Making Waves since 1994…

MakingWavesPicMaking Waves Swim School has been providing award winning water safety programs for children and adults of all ages since 1994.

At Making Waves, you will find an energetic, talented group of people dedicated to the success of each and every child in their swim program. Co-owners, Stephanie and Tiernan Murphy and their passionate staff offer aquatic programming very different from what you might find at your neighbourhood recreation centre. The teaching method at Making Waves is unique in its ‘hands-on’ approach at every level. Swim classes are both fun and challenging and the caring, animated staff will keep your child smiling and safe!

In addition to the exceptional children’s swim classes, Making Waves offers a host of other activities for the whole family – Lifesaving Classes, Adult Swim Lessons and Aquafit Classes are also available!

  • That health and safety are of paramount importance
  • That swimming is the only extra-curricular activity that can save a life
